Senator Eteng Jonah Williams Praised for Generous N6 Million Support to Royal Leader's Health Needs

In a heartwarming gesture of support, Senator Eteng Jonah Williams of the Cross River Central Senatorial District has been lauded for his generous release of six million naira (N6,000,000.00) to aid His Royal Majesty, Obol Oden Dan Ubi, the Obol Lopon and Clan Head of Aduma, in addressing his orthopedic health challenges.

Michael Igbong INAH, a proud member of the Mkpani community, expressed his gratitude towards the Senator, emphasizing the importance of unity within the community. "I was first, like every other person, an Ajere man before I became Okpankpani, but the most important thing is that I'm an Okpankpani. My pride is Mkpani because when a storey building collapses, the POP or ceiling is not suspended in the air; it is also smashed. So whether you are pro Aduma, Afaben, or Ajere, if Mkpani goes down, we all go down," he stated.

Reflecting on past criticisms, INAH remarked, "Not too long ago, amidst attacks over my candid observation that the piece heralding the first anniversary of Honourable Senator needed a better editorial touch, I assured my critics that I love the Senator and respect his personage. But that he is not there yet in terms of representation. I assured that any day the Senator does something remarkable, I will be among the first to take it to 'BBC'."

Today, INAH celebrates the Senator's remarkable act, urging the people of Mkpani to join him in thanking Senator Williams for his magnanimous contribution. "This is fantastic because health is wealth, and the king is the ancestral crown and image of the community. Thank you, my Senator," he added.

INAH concluded with a message of hope and appreciation: "This benevolence ignites a feeling of hope that indeed tomorrow will be better. Thank you immensely, Mr. Senator. May the Lord replenish you abundantly. And for the first time in one year, I want to say congratulations and well done."
