Director General Youngest Group for Ayade Visits Ayade Rice Farm

 

Akorokpor Linus the Director General of youngest group for Ayade visited Ayade Rice Farm today the 25th day of August 2020 to see the wonders of His Excellency the Digital Governor of Cross River State Sen. Prof. Sir. Ben Ayade


Entering the farm, he was amazed by the effort and time put together by His Excellency in establishing such a big Farm.


He went ahead to appluad His Excellency for making Cross River State one of the States that the world will now depend on for Rice production.


No wonder the Governor believed in intellectual money, using your wisdom and knowledge to create wealth for your people- He added.


Earlier, the acting supervisor of the Rice Farm, Mr. Ishong Edward Ishong opined that Ayade Rice Farm started four months ago with clearing and parking. And also applying of needed chemical to kill the grasses before planting.


Through this farm, we have gathered experiences and all thanks to the Digital Governor for the privilege giving to us to work in his Farm...Ishong Edward


Ishong Edward further added that many of them were eating Rice but never knew how it was cultivated. That truly the Governor had opened their eyes to the reality of life through Rice Farm. He made bold to state that the Governor of Cross River State Sen. Ben Ayade is a promise keeper, the saviour of our time. He also described him as a talk and do Governor, that keeps to promises of employing many Crossriverians to work in Ayade Rice Farm as promised.


Ishong Edward concluded by saying that  no Crossriverians should make any false statement that Ayade has not done anything in Cross River State rather they should be thankful that  Ayade was elected to serve and to repositioned Cross River State to an industrialized State.
