VC secures Ultramodern Hostels, Library and promises 24 Hours Power supply on Campus

 



The Vice Chancellor, Cross River University of Technology Prof. Augustine Oko Angba had secured an Ultramodern Hostel for Okuku and Ogoja campus respectively, also he had secured Ultramodern library for Ogoja campus, which he promised to bring in 100 students from off campus to campus.


Angba made the statement while addressing the students during the Covid-19 Orientation programme  today, the 27th day of January 2021, at open cafeteria, Calabar campus.


He spoke on the 24hours power supply on campus and the light up Crutech with over 60 street light.


VC said that his vision is to raised young men who will be globally competitive, while assuring all students of necessary support to acquire the best education during his stay as Vice Chancellor.


" The Destiny of Cross River State is in our hands and we can't toil with it. We will try our best to create the enabling environment for you to thrive. As management, we have made up our mind to change the narrative in crutech. If you have challenges in your hostels, don't take it to social media, put it on your faculty platforms and it will get to me and I will attend to it"...VC added.


According to him, Management is already doing a lot to make Crutech great, hence the is need to give it a support.


Angba concluded by saying that" we have set up the students, work and school programme for those that had paid their fees and also feeding of students will commence for those that had paid their fees too.
