C' River Youth Summit: APC Youth Lobby Committee Set to Host Thank you Mega Rally




The Chairman of All Progressive Congress (APC) Youth Lobby Committee, Mr. Oden Ewa on Wednesday stated that they are ready to host over 30 thousand youths in Cross River State and the submit is scheduled for  19th of February 2022 at U. J. Esuene Stadium.


Ewa explained that  Cross River State youth are resilient, energetic, and prepared to take over leadership in the state. He added that they are ready to mobilize the youths across the 196 wards to key into the Apc agenda and witness the Ayade magic in industrialization.


He went further to say that they are going to thank the Governor of Cross River Sir Ben Ayade for running a youth inclusive government in the state and they are happy with the government.


Mr. Francis Ekpo, SA Branch in his remarks stated that "the state governor said ‘This is the only state that you have a lot of youths in government and these youths have all it takes to sustain the legacy of the present administration.”


 Mr. Ubi Franklin SA Tourism to the governor of Cross River State said he is very happy to be here and that the summit is meant to showcase what the youths have done in the state. 


Also speaking the DG, CRISSA Mr. Effiom Effiwatt opined that ‘this is a very bold step for young people in the state to showcase their readiness and make a bold statement, that they are ready to come 2023.


The DG of Primary Health Agency, Dr. Janet Ekpenyong said “The summit is to appreciate the governor who has been very friendly with youths and women in his government. It is also to galvanized more support for the youths to be allowed to take up leadership positions in the state. We expect to see all youths because it is time to get involved and women's voices must be heard too in the state.



On his part, Prince Michael Abu the DG Migration said “The APC is an ideology that is geared towards promoting youth inclusiveness in governance.
