Thank You Cross Riverians For The Massive Show Of Love - DG CRSPHCDA Deaconess Mrs Abasioffiong Amos

The newly appointed Director General of the Cross River State Primary Health Care Development Agency Deaconess Mrs Abasioffiong Offiong Amos has expressed her appreciation and felicitations to Cross Riverians for their wonderful/massive show of Love, Goodwill and Congratulatory messages. Speaking through her Media Aide, she reassured the entire Cross Riverians that they'll be no gap in the provision of medical attention/services stating that the administration of Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade has made provisions for standard medical services to the people and as such Cross Riverians should continue to expect the very best. In her words; "The show of Love, support, congratulatory messages through calls, text messages, WhatsApp and Facebook messages have been massive and this I don't take for granted. To me, this is a call for more service and because His Excellency Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade and his dear wife Dr. Linda Ayade has shown confidence and trust in my ability, I'll wish to assure you that I'll not fail you as I've already hit the ground running and in minutes you'll begin to see my working in action." The DG also used the opportunity to sympathize with the people of Ovonom, Ofatura and Ofodua in Obubra LGA over the Cholera Outbreak stating that as at yesterday, a team of medical experts were already on ground to arrest/address the situation as she will be going down to the field herself before the day runs out to get a first hand information and help provide medical attention/services to the affected communities. She has called on all Health Workers residing within the local government area to join hands with the PHC Coordinator and other senior health officers to provide proper medical attention to the people while advising affected communities to immediately seek medical attention in any nearby health facility and not resort to self medications and to also practice good and clean hygiene by covering their foods, boiling and filtering their drinking water, sweeping their environment and constant practice of hand washing.
