Senator Eteng Williams Brightens Inyima Ward with Solar Streetlights, Earns Praise for Accessibility and Commitment

Senator Eteng Williams, representing the Cross River State Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly, has illuminated Inyima council ward with his ongoing solar streetlights project. This initiative, part of his campaign promises, was warmly received by the ward leaders, who expressed their gratitude for his commitment to Inyima Ward within his first year in office.

Ward Chairman Mr. Lary Oden, Hon. Anthony Ekereke, and Hon. Timothy Ifara Mbang took the opportunity to congratulate Senator Williams on his first year in office. They praised his accomplishments, highlighting his accessibility and the unprecedented connection the people of Inyima now have with a senator.

"The senator has done well within one year. For us as a ward, the senator is still like an Assembly member because of his accessibility. Never in the history of Inyima politics have the people had this kind of access to a senator. Some may say it is because he is from our local government, but we have had House of Representatives members from our LGA, and we did not have this kind of access. Truly, in the current politics of Cross River State and Yakurr, Senator Eteng Williams is the most accessible to Inyima ward," they said.

They also appealed to the senator to continue supporting the ward with appointments, job placements, and other projects. They urged other representatives to follow Senator Williams' example, emphasizing that their constituents are now more discerning and appreciative of good deeds.

Hon. Inyang, representing the senator, assured that more solar streetlights and other projects are on the way, indicating that this is just the first phase of the initiative.
