Senator Williams Applauds Governor Otu's Approval of Mkpani-Agoi Road

 


The Senator representing Cross River Central Senatorial District, Eteng Jonah Williams, has expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Governor Bassey Otu for approving the construction of the 5KM Mkpani-Agoi Road.


According to Senator Williams, the approval demonstrates Governor Otu's commitment to fulfilling his campaign promises, particularly in the areas of infrastructure development and agricultural growth.


"The approval of this critical road project is a testament to Governor Otu's visionary leadership and dedication to transforming Cross River State," Senator Williams stated.


He further emphasized that the completion of the Mkpani-Agoi road will have a profound impact on the local economy, creating new opportunities for farmers, traders, and other stakeholders.


Senator Williams pledged his continued support for Governor Otu's administration, urging him to remain committed to his development agenda.

  1. HE; Prince Out is a good man with a people oriented governance approach. He can't be everywhere at the same time, and so in most cases he relies on the fillers he gets from trusted allies. The 5km road is an Mkpani road: from the junction by Ikom - Clalabr highway to the southern outskirt of Mkpani. If it were Mkpani - Agoi Ibami road, it would have been 23km. Enough of this dwarfing of Agoi people by our Yakurr speaking neighbours. I hold an olive branch.

BREAKING NEWS: Youths of Ikot Ansa Nab Vandals Destroying Public Utilities, Hand Over to Authorities for Prosecution

  In a combined effort to curb the rampant vandalism of public utilities in Cross River State, the youth leader of Ikot Ansa, Prince, Victor Otu Iso JR, alongside his community, successfully apprehended criminals involved in the destruction of vital public infrastructure. The vandals were caught red-handed this morning, 13th day of September 2024, as they attempted to steal Amor cables belonging to state transformers at Ekpo Iso.
