Engr. Egbe Extols Dr. Betta Edu’s Humanitarian Leadership on Her Birthday

 



The Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Public Utilities, Engr. Jerome Egbe PhD, has joined millions of Nigerians and supporters across the globe to celebrate Dr. Betta Edu on the occasion of her birthday, describing her as a woman of uncommon grace, strength, and purpose.

In a goodwill message issued on Monday 27th Day of October 2025, Engr. Egbe hailed Dr. Edu as “a true symbol of service, compassion, and visionary leadership”, whose life continues to inspire countless people through excellence, commitment, and resilience.

He noted that from her early years in the medical profession to her rise in governance, humanitarian work, and national leadership, Dr. Edu has consistently demonstrated that true greatness is found in serving humanity with humility and passion.

“Dr. Edu has shown exceptional courage and compassion at every stage of her journey, lifting the poor, the vulnerable, and the downtrodden while inspiring a new generation of women and youths to believe in the power of purpose and service,” he said.

While wishing her continued success, Engr. Egbe prayed for God’s guidance, wisdom, and good health for the celebrant as she continues to touch lives and transform destinies.

“As you mark another year of impact and divine grace, may the Almighty God continue to guide, strengthen, and bless you with more wisdom, good health, and greater opportunities to touch lives and transform destinies,” he stated.

Engr. Egbe further reaffirmed his admiration for Dr. Edu’s leadership style and humanitarian impact, adding that her contributions remain a source of pride and inspiration to Cross River State and the nation at large.
