Chairman, Senate Committee on Petroleum Resources (Upstream), Senator Eteng Williams, has joined a high-level Nigerian delegation at the ongoing Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) 2025, taking place in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Themed “Beyond the Barrel: The Future of Upstream Strategy,” this year’s ADIPEC brings together global leaders, policymakers, and industry experts to chart a sustainable and innovative path for the energy sector.
Senator Williams’ participation underscores the critical role of the Nigerian Senate in providing a robust legislative framework for sustainable growth and driving impactful reforms within the country’s oil and gas industry. His presence also reaffirms Nigeria’s commitment to fostering innovation, attracting investments, and promoting energy equity on the global stage.
The strong representation of Nigeria’s National Assembly members at ADIPEC 2025 highlights their engagement with international partners and stakeholders to advance the nation’s upstream objectives.
Also present at the event are the Chairman of the Board of NNPC Limited and other board members, Senator Saliu Mustapha, Senator Aniekan Bassey, and Hon. Sesi Oluwaseun Whingan, Deputy Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Petroleum Resources (Upstream), among other key delegates.
