Senator Williams Extends Christmas Greetings, Distributes Palliatives Across Cross River Central

 




As Christians across the country celebrate the Christmas season, the Senator representing Cross River Central Senatorial District, Senator Eteng Jonah Williams, has extended warm Christmas greetings to his constituents, calling for unity, love, and compassion in line with the true meaning of the season.

In his Christmas message, Senator Williams described the birth of Jesus Christ as a symbol of hope, redemption, and unconditional love for humanity. He urged citizens to use the season as an opportunity to embrace forgiveness, peaceful coexistence, and collective responsibility towards building a better society.

Reaffirming his commitment to the welfare of his people, the Senator announced the continuation of his annual “Season of Sweetness” initiative. According to him, thousands of bags of rice will be distributed across various Local Government Areas within the Cross River Central Senatorial District and beyond. The distribution will also include cows, food hampers, cash support, and other essential items aimed at ensuring a joyful and fulfilling Christmas and New Year celebration for constituents.

Senator Williams noted that the gesture is part of his long-standing tradition of giving back and supporting families, especially during festive periods, in order to ease economic pressures and promote shared happiness.

He concluded by praying for blessings, good health, peace, and prosperity in every household, while calling on residents to remain united and focused as they work together for the development of the senatorial district, Cross River State, and Nigeria at large.

The Senator wished all constituents a merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
