NOTIFICATION OF SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR ORAL INTERVIEW FOR 2024/2025 RECRUITMENT EXERCISE

 



The Civil Defence, Correction, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) hereby notifies candidates who took part in the recently concluded physical and medical screening exercise for recruitment into the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCOS), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), that the Board has concluded the assessment and shortlisting process.

Consequently, all successful candidates who applied under the Graduate Category are required to visit the official CDCFIB recruitment portal at "https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng" from Monday, 31 August to Wednesday, 2nd September 2026. While candidates who applied with NCE/OND/SSCE should also visit the same official CDCFIB recruitment portal at "https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng" from Monday, 7th to Wednesday, 9th September 2026 to check for shortlisted successful candidates for the Oral Interview.

Furthermore, kindly note that the CDCFIB does not and will not send out emails; all communications should be obtained from the portal. Shortlisted candidates are requested to select a venue nearest to them, a date and time, and print their letters of invitation. Candidates are to appear strictly in the dress code specified in their letters of invitation. For the avoidance of doubt, ONLY candidates who are shortlisted for this final exercise will be granted access to the venue.

The Board reiterates that the entire recruitment process is transparent and FREE OF CHARGE. Applicants are therefore advised to disregard any individual or group demanding payment for employment in whatever form and to report such person(s) to the nearest security agency, or person in authority.

All candidates are further enjoined to take note of the Board's portal address highlighted above and official communication channels for updates. It is crucial to remember that all legitimate communications will occur through the official portal, and not via email.

BREAKING NEWS: Youths of Ikot Ansa Nab Vandals Destroying Public Utilities, Hand Over to Authorities for Prosecution

  In a combined effort to curb the rampant vandalism of public utilities in Cross River State, the youth leader of Ikot Ansa, Prince, Victor Otu Iso JR, alongside his community, successfully apprehended criminals involved in the destruction of vital public infrastructure. The vandals were caught red-handed this morning, 13th day of September 2024, as they attempted to steal Amor cables belonging to state transformers at Ekpo Iso. Engr. Egbe Commends Governor Otu for Flag-Off of Subsidized Mini Tractors Distribution

  The Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Public Utilities, Engr.
