Gov Otu’s Adviser Celebrates C’River’s SSG, Enoh, on Birthday, Hails Him as Fulcrum of Otu Administration

The Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Asset Management and Recovery, Barr. Gilbert Agbor, has joined well-wishers across the state to celebrate the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Prof. Anthony Owan Enoh, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as the fulcrum of the present administration.

In a congratulatory message, Agbor extolled the Etung-born professor as a scholar of rare erudition and an educationist par excellence, whose intellectual depth and passion for knowledge have groomed many productive thinkers and trailblazers across diverse fields of human endeavour.

He noted that beyond academia, Prof. Enoh has brought his wealth of experience, discipline and intellectual clarity to governance, playing a central coordinating role in the effective running of the Governor Bassey Otu-led administration.

According to Agbor, the SSG’s strategic guidance, administrative insight and commitment to excellence have helped to strengthen policy coherence, institutional efficiency and service delivery, making him a stabilising force and the fulcrum upon which the present administration revolves.

He added that Etung Local Government Area remains immensely proud of Prof. Enoh, whose life of service exemplifies integrity, humility and dedication to the collective good.

Barr. Agbor wished Prof. Anthony Owan Enoh many more years of sound health, renewed strength and wisdom, as he continues to serve Cross River State, Nigeria and the larger society with distinction.
