The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Petroleum Resources (Upstream), Senator Eteng Jonah Williams , has reaffirmed the National Assembly ’s commitment to strengthening Nigeria’s legal and regulatory framework to safeguard critical petroleum infrastructure , combat crude oil theft , and enhance investment in the nation’s upstream oil and gas sector.
