Eyam Abeng: A Sagacious Leader of the Year - University Don

 


A University Don and Senior Communication Scholar, Dr. Barr. Ukam Ngwu, has describe the National President of Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH) Alumni Association, Mr. Eyam Abeng as a Sagacious Leader of the Year and a reference point for the youths of Cross River State and beyond.


The renown Communication Scholar eulogized the Alumni President for his steadfastness, courage, purposefulness and tenacity for greater heights, adoring him as the Classical Young Emerging 'Leader of the Year'.


The scholar who took to Social Media to celebrate this rare gem, commended the uncommon display of wisdom, gentility, intellectual sagacity and ingenuity by Mr. Abeng which has overtime helped him to sumant and surpass all seeming barriers as well as banana peels on his way to remain outstanding and unbeatable even among equals.


"Mr. Eyam Abeng is Clasaical Leader and a reference point in CRUTECH Alumni and beyond. He has proved himself as an ideal leader with unquantifiable patriotism, love for humanity and sportsmanship that can force water out even from a dry rock for the good of his people", the scholar noted.


He went further to state that "Mr. Eyam has demonstrated rare virtues of patience, tolerance, purposefulness, generosity and unrelenting spirit even in the midst of life threatening challenges and has always been firm, supportive, focus and unperturbed." He said.


According to the University Don, this uncanny abilities, tenacity, tentacles and capacity as often displayed by  the Alumni President had left even his detractors and distractors very confused and jealous of his person. As such, he deserves the Man of the Year Award.


Mr. Eyam who is equally the Vice Chairman of Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, Lagos Zone, kindly contested position has keep CRUTECH Alumni Blazing and have been working assiduously to attract supports from international and local donors for CRUTECH.

Engr. Jerome Egbe Visits NSCDC Command for Strategic Partnership on Public Utilities

  The Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Public Utilities, Engr. Dr. Jerome Egbe, KSM, today, October 8, 2025, paid a courtesy visit to the Commander of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Cross River Command, Mr. Brown Charles, in Calabar.  The visit centered on establishing a strategic partnership to protect and secure public utilities across the state from vandals and criminal elements. UNICROSS ACTING VC EXPRESSES CONCERN OVER DAMAGE OF UNIVERSITY STUCTURES AFTER RAINSTORM IN CALABAR
