PEACE CORPS: C'RIVER COMMANDANT DECLARES OFFICE OPEN, CHARGE OFFICERS ON COHESION

The Cross River State Commandant of Peace Corps of Nigeria Patriot (Dr.) Dominic Okweche Odey has charged Officers of the Command to be unified, work in harmony and eschew acts capable of defacing the organization.


Speaking at the State Command Headquarters, Calabar as he officially opened the State Office for the year 2021, the Commandant encouraged Officers to remain committed to the Peace Corps for the future glitters for every member of the Corps.


He said, "it's time to be creative, innovative, do appraisals of performance and to have a distinct 2021". 


We shall together work as reservoir and springboard to enhancing peaceful coexistence in our communities  across the State, the Commandant added.


The Commandant further said, the Corps would always involve in programs that will impart and inculcate values and ethics on the Nigerian youths for the advancement of the Country.


The Office was opened with thanksgiving to God for a successful 2020 and a declaration of upliftment and restoration for 2021.
