Barnaby mourns House member, Elizabeth Ironbar

Director General of Ayade Home health, Dr Genevieve Barnaby Ephraim, has expressed sadness at the death of a member of the House of Assembly, Hon Elizabeth Ironbar representing Akpabuyo State Constituency, who died on Wednesday 27th October 2021.

Dr Barnaby, in a statement , said: “It is with total submission to the will of God that we receive the sad news of the death of Hon Elizabeth Ironbar a grassroots politician who spent most of her life serving the people of Atimbo East Ward”.

The DG described the deceased as a rallying point at Atimbo East Ward and a source of unity to her people, noting that she will be remembered for her selfless service and excellent representation of her people as a former public officer and politician.

"It’s with a heavy heart that I write this following the death of our Honorable Mother and Leader , Elizabeth Ironbar. A formidable woman and political icon in her local community and Atimbo East in particular, it is devasting to know that she is no longer with us. We will continue to honor her legacy and the great deeds she accomplished no matter how much time passes.

She urges the family to be strong, and find peace and hope in knowing that she is in a better place now.

Engr. Jerome Egbe Visits NSCDC Command for Strategic Partnership on Public Utilities

The Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Public Utilities, Engr.
