EASTER: Exhibit love, live beyond worldly differences, Engr. Nsa Ekpenyong urges Christians

 


A philanthropist, businessman and people-acclaimed politician, Engr. Nsa Ekpenyong has urged Christians to live beyond worldly differences and be awakened to the consciousness of God’s love for mankind.


The Odukpani-born politician gave the charge in his message to the Christian faithfuls on the event of Easter Sunday celebration.


Highlighting the essence of Easter, the soft-spoken Cross Riverian wrote: “For believers, this day marks the celebration of Jesus Christ's resurrection; His victory over death and our eternal hope and redemption.”


He also said “faith in God reinvigorates hope and gives purpose and meaning to one’s life,” while drawing inference from John 3:16 portion of the Bible.


“May this Easter Sunday inspire you to new hope, happiness, prosperity, and abundance, all received through God’s divine grace,” he prayed.


Other parts of his message read: “Joining you in gratitude for Christ’s sacrifice and the joyful renewal it brings to all God’s children this Easter season.”


“Happy Easter to you and your family as we celebrate our Father’s greatest sacrifice through his Son, Jesus Christ. Have a blessed Easter,” the young politician concluded.

BREAKING NEWS: Youths of Ikot Ansa Nab Vandals Destroying Public Utilities, Hand Over to Authorities for Prosecution

  In a combined effort to curb the rampant vandalism of public utilities in Cross River State, the youth leader of Ikot Ansa, Prince, Victor Otu Iso JR, alongside his community, successfully apprehended criminals involved in the destruction of vital public infrastructure. The vandals were caught red-handed this morning, 13th day of September 2024, as they attempted to steal Amor cables belonging to state transformers at Ekpo Iso. Acting swiftly, the youth leader invited the Special Adviser on Public Utilities, Engr. Dr. Jerome Egbe KSM, and his counterpart on General Duties, Barr. Ekpenyong Akiba, to the scene.
