HON. CYRIL JAMES OMINI EMBARKS ON A THANK YOU TOUR ACROSS YAKURR 1 STATE CONSTITUENCY

 



Yesterday, being the 31st of May, 2022, the Candidate of the All Progressive Congress APC, for Yakurr 1 State Constituency, Mr. Cyril James Omini led his team to a thank you tour across the council wards that made up the Yakurr 1 State Constituency.


The event which started at Ugep, received blessings from the revered palace of the Obol Lopon of Ugep and Paramount Ruler of Yakurr, as one who has unalloyed regards for constituted authorities. The Royal Father was pleased to receive the entourage whilst praying for successful and peaceful elections come 2023.


At the epicenter of the Ugep Nation, the Men, Women and Youths, Including Association of disabled people, Ugep Market Women Union and Yakurr United Football Club, were gathered to receive their son, Mr. Cyril Omini with unquantifiable joy, having scaled through the turbulent primary elections held on 26th of May, 2022.


The event which was verisimilitude to a picnic was greeted with so much fun, excitement and jamboree as everyone was seen enraptured with joy, which has also confirmed the acceptability of Mr. Cyril Omini by his people.


Cyril Omini who spoke in high spirit, expressed his unparalleled appreciation to the people for standing by him despite the influence of some persons to Mar their choice of him becoming their representative at the state house.


In his words, “I've come to thank you humbly from my heart for your show of love and strong believe in me to be your representative in the state house, come 2023. I owe my victory to each and everyone of you, for you supported me in convincing our dear delegates to vote for me and find trust in giving me the Party's flag.


I'm assuring you of my commitment to service delivery and uninterrupted provision of social amenities for all and sundry. I wish to urge everyone to invite our brothers and sisters to support this project by getting their voter's cards. This is the only instrument that can seal this mandate for us. Together, Yakurr 1 State constituency will be greater”


The event was followed by musical sounds, dancing with lots of food to eat and spare.
