Dr. Betta Edu leads one million women solidarity walk in Konduga LGA of Borno state in celebration of Sen. Tinubu and Sen. Shettima’s 56 birthday



Campaigns have not started, we didn’t give “shishi” and over one million women came to celebrate with us at the grassroots in a rural area (not state capital oh) you can only imagine the turn out when the campaigns finally begin, and the millions of votes that APC will get at the next election…We have not even tested the microphone and the support is already overwhelming - Dr Betta Edu APC NWL

 

It was indeed a celebration Gallore as over one million women took to the streets of Konduga LGA in Brono state, as the National women Leader and her entourage arrived in Konduga for a medical outreach in appreciation to the Presidential Candidate Sen Tinubu for choosing their son Sen. Kasim Shettima as Running mate while celebrating him as a Legend at 56, whose impact has not only being felt in the state but in the country. 


The women who sang birthday songs were very excited about the many things Sen Shettima has done for women and the strong believe that working with Asiwaju Jagaban Tinubu will only bring better opportunities for women. 


The APC National women wing has stated it’s commitment to mobilize at least 40million votes from Nigerian women in the next election


They also praised their performing Governor Zulum for providing security solutions in Borno  which has led to them returning back to their homes after the insurgence which has hitherto internally displaced them.
