THE YOUTH IS THE STANDARD: A MESSAGE TO THE YOUTHS OF SOUTHERN CROSS RIVER STATE

By Rt Honorable Ogbor Ogbor Udop Member Representing Biase State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly.
"The day that man invented fire was the day that the youth in man was born" - Utama. Indeed, in any society of man, the youth is the fire, the light, the change agent, the balanced man, the NEW (youth at heart). The youth balances the youthist demand and command with youthist essencist gradualism. The most fruitful investment is the investment in the youths. This is because the youth is the NEW. There is something around teleological ad infinitum in the youth. This explains why the NEW must triumph over the OLD. Newbreedism becomes more essential today because, so far, the OLD had been ruling over the NEW. Hence, our insecurity and poverty in place of peace and progress. The standards of the youths are contained in Lerner's 5 Cs, namely: Competence, Confidence, Connection, Caring/Compassion and Character. The best zoning must begin with the NEW. The youths of Cross River Southern Senatorial District are faced with the Change Choice of the NEW and the OLD. "In the eternal battle between the NEW and the OLD, societies progress if the NEW wins, but they regress if the OLD wins. The OLD, might be the standard yesterday, but it becomes substandard today. Today's standard is the NEW, who possesses the Lerner's 5 Cs. Vote Asuquo Ekpenyong Jr. For Senate, Cross River Southern Senatorial District. That's the STANDARD!
