C'River Youth Council congratulates Otu over tribunal victory


The National Youth Council of Nigeria, Cross River State Chapter, has congratulated Governor Prince Bassey Otu and Deputy Peter Odey over Tuesday’s gubernatorial Election Petitions Tribunal judgment which affirmed his victory in the March 18, 2023 governorship election.


The group, which is a network of young Cross Riverians, non-partisan said the verdict has justified the trust of Cross Riverians in the current administration.


In a statement signed by its Chairman, His Youthfulness Comrade Dan Obo, NYCN CRS noted that the youths of Cross River State were very confident in the era of sweetness, and believed that it can never depart from our dear state. 


He added that so far the youth have all enjoyed the sweetness that is spreading through the entire state.


Dan concluded that today's Victory has gone ahead to prove that no one can stop a man whose time has come.
