I felicitate with our symbol of Sweetness, the Executive Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, on this auspicious occasion of your one year in the State saddle.


Your intervention in the last one year has indeed rekindled our people’s hope that this is indeed “The People’s First” Government. 


Your Excellency, you have succeeded in laying a solid foundation for the restoration of our dear state with your monumental achievements within a short time.


May the Almighty God replenish your grace and wisdom for continued development and people’s oriented governance as you kick-start your second year in office.


Wishing you a successful first tenure  in office, and a subsequent second on which will, by the grace of God terminate in 2031.
