ASSOC. PROF. ARCHIBONG CHAMPIONS CROSS RIVER'S ADVANCEMENT AT NATIONAL NSIP MEETING, EARNS NATIONAL RECOGNITION


The Special Adviser and Focal Person for the National Social Investment Programmes (NSIP) in Cross River State, Assoc. Prof. Esther Archibong, continues to exemplify excellence in public service. Recently appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Forum of Focal Persons for the National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA), her dedication and commitment to impactful governance have earned her this prestigious national recognition.

In her capacity, Assoc. Prof. Archibong participated in a high-level NSIP meeting, which included a productive courtesy visit to the National Coordinator of NSIPA, Dr. Badamasi Lawal. During the meeting, she reaffirmed Cross River State's commitment to advancing key social welfare programs, particularly the upcoming rollout of the Home-Grown School Feeding Program (HGSFP) and other transformative initiatives.

She commended the Federal Government's unwavering support for social development and assured Cross River’s readiness to ensure these programs reach the grassroots, positively impacting lives across the state.

Assoc. Prof. Archibong's appointment as Vice Chairman reflects her dedication to service and her relentless pursuit of progress for Cross River State. Her leadership continues to inspire hope and position the state as a leader in sustainable social development.

Engr. Egbe Commends Governor Otu for Flag-Off of Subsidized Mini Tractors Distribution

  The Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Public Utilities, Engr. ​UNICROSS Announces 2026/2027 Post-UTME Screening, Introduces 19 New Programmes

​The University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) has officially announced the commencement of its First Choice Admission Screening Exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session . The university has also unveiled 19 newly approved undergraduate academic programmes across its campuses. ​According to an official notice signed by the University Registrar, Dr. (Mrs) Catherine Ndifon Osai, eligible candidates include UTME applicants who chose UNICROSS as their First Choice and scored 150 and above in the 2026 UTME.
