Okpokiri Makes History as Ogoja’s First Information Supervisor

Dr Jesam Igri Ofem has congratulated Okpokiri, Peter Adi on his swearing-in as the first Supervisor for Information and Orientation in Ogoja Local Government Area.

Okpokiri’s appointment marks a historic milestone, as he becomes the first person from Mbube East Ward 1 to hold the position without first being elected as a councillor, despite contesting for the seat in 2013.

Dr Ofem praised Adi’s dedication, citing his consistent efforts in projecting and defending the party as key to his emergence.

He also prayed for God’s guidance as Adi undertakes his new role.
