Do Not Sacrifice Scholarship on the Altar of Academic Humility – ACCE Coordinator Urges Young Scholars
The Cross River State Coordinator of African Council for Communication Education, Dr. Emmanuel Inyang has urged young scholars to contribute their quota to scholarship without fear of resentment.
Responding to a Whatsapp post made by Ugoji Nwabueze, who alluded that most of our colleagues, especially the new generation of scholars have failed the litmus test of academic humility, Inyang argued that there is no scholarship without arguments and that one cannot study to earn the highest academic degree only to remain docile in the name of humility.
He urged scholars to contribute to scholarship by putting forth strong arguments, noting that in the end, superior arguments would take the center stage.
