40Million Women Votes, 176,846 communities activated For Tinubu: kaduna, kano, Kastina, Jigawa, Kwara, Abia, Rivers others activated

 

Elections are won by number of votes and proven strategies; PCC Women Mobilisation Directorate of APC is leaving nothing to chance as they have pain stakingly activated women all over the country who have been holding action meetings over the last one month.

The idea is to have grassroots mobilizer committed to this course who will go from door to door, house to house, to harvest votes for President Bola Tinubu on the Election Day.

Dr Betta Edu, the Director of Women Mobilization Presidential Campaign Council; working under the guidance of the First Lady Sen. Oluremi Tinubu CON has charged women all over the nation to go out and mobilize fellow women and even men to vote APC in the forthcoming coming elections.

From Afaka ward In Kaduna state to kemanji ward Kaiama local government area of Kwara state, to Angwa -katsinawa and Daura in kastina; to Duste in Jigawa and beyond women groups are meeting, women are being sensitized on the need to join the movement in support of a greater Nigeria under President Tinubu and Sen. Kashim Shetima.

The Directorate said its continuous engagement with women across the country is designed to connect government policies and programmes with the everyday economic realities of women in their communities.

According to the Directorate, the grassroots mobilisation directorate will focus not only on political participation, rallies and election day mobilisation but also on ensuring that women understand the achievements of the present administration, where opportunities exist, who qualifies, how to access them and how to hold implementing institutions accountable.

Dr. Edu said the Directorate would continue to promote practical information-sharing as part of its engagement with women, particularly by drawing attention to programmes and reforms that could affect household incomes, businesses, and livelihoods positively.

It identified Renewed Hope Initiative programmes, transportation, enterprise development, agriculture, energy, and community development among areas where women could benefit from emerging opportunities.

The Directorate said the planned expansion of the National Affordable CNG Transit Programme could have a direct impact on women who depend on public transportation to reach markets, farms, workplaces, and schools.

The present administration under President Tinubu’s has achieved a lot, and these are the messages we are taking to women at the grassroots as we canvas for votes!
